Our instructors teach a variety of styles and we are always willing to volunteer teach Children’s Yoga at any Schools or Camps throughout TN; since we love introducing Youth to stress relieving tools to add to their toolbox.
What is on trend currently is Yomassage®. We’re finding it’s a popular request for spa and bachelorette parties since it enables everyone to relax and connect together. If we had to describe this Yoga style for you, we’d say it’s a combination of Yin or restorative Yoga where you hold poses for a longer duration while comfortably bolstered and receive massage, gentle stretch and rapid release therapy at the same time!
